I have not seen such a beautiful story told in such a way. This story presents a different life after death and slowly we discover what our lives actually mean.
I would recommend this to anyone and I hope you guys would read it.
The artwork is great and the music just adds to it. There is seriously not much else I can say.

Summary:

Review: 

If you could go back in time and fix your life, how would you do it? This story takes on the journey of the life of a young girl facing the world. She now has the future at hand but how can see proceed.

This is an enjoyable story that makes you emotionally investest in the life of a girl trying to walk the thin line to success. She is burden by the hatred of her past and the love of her present. The characters in the story have some complexity. As usual in these type of stories, opposition to the main character are two-dimensional, are jealous, and have no redeeming quality. The love attractions do have complex character but over the hundred chapters, there is little character development in the story.

However, the main character in this story is relatable compared to others. Yes, she is strong and independent but she is also scared and weak. She can be influenced by love and strong emotions but she is also level headed. The main character is the main selling point of this novel. She intrigues you and brings you into her world of politics and struggles to stay alive and find happiness.

As this story is ongoing, I am excited about what is going to happen next and will continue to follow it. I would recommend this story to almost anyone. As the translation is well done and the story is enticing. I hope you will like it.

Rather than act like a coward and live, it would be better to live in satisfaction and die.

Review: 

It had seemed to me that what I wanted in a female character was here in this story. Maybe that is why I feel in love with this story as so many other people had. I had projected an invincible and powerful woman who can do what she wants if she had wanted and here it was in a beautiful and cohesive story.

To Be A Virtuous Wife is a story of a young lady that had been pulled back to another time period and has to maneuver her way around it. Such concept could hardly be called original as it appears in so many other light novels. However, its execution was more powerful than any I have seen so far. It has a great cast of character that draws you in; jealous concubines, loving prince, and a simple woman. If you appreciate a good plot then this is a story for you. This is a light heart yet deep and heartwarming story that will grab you into it's world once you read it.

However, my problem is the lack of complex character in the story. The people are not two dimensional and that hardly addressed in the story. The opposing characters are evil or bad without much development. The women opposing the main character does not have any other purpose than for our main characters to step on them and their motivation is lacking- therefore relying on jealousy. The main character is hardly complex- nothing more than a woman who looks pretty, is extremely smart, and has no apparent flaws.

Overall, I enjoyed this story very much and I would recommend it for you to read depending on your taste. Although I wanted to give this a higher score, I really couldn't because of the flaws that are in it.
